Why is there no charge for shipping listed on my order form?
We bill you the exact USP shipping rate. We carefully package your order to ensure the parts arrive to you in the best possible condition. The packing is determined by the order, so the amount can not be determined until the order is packed.
How long does it take to process and ship a package?
We try to ship orders within 48 hours; depending on the back log of orders it can take as long as 4-5 days.
Do you back order items?
We do not back order items because we do not want to make promises we cannot keep
How is shipping calculated?
We charge you the exact UPS or USPS shipping charge
What happens if an item is out of stock?
As some of these items are rare, they are not removed from the list while searching for them as we hope to have them in stock again. Out of stock items will be listed on the invoice in your package.
I want my order shipped to a P.O. Box but the online order requires a physical address. What do I do?
Our primary form of shipping is via UPS which does not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you would like to have your ordered shipped to a P.O. Box, please call in the order so we can confirm that USPS shipping is possible.
What is the best way to contact you about an order or to ask a question?
The best method to reach us is by phone. Because we try to completely answer everyone's questions or may be busy gathering parts for an order, we will miss your phone calls so please leave a message. If the machine is full or if we have not returned your call, please call back.
